Melanoma Research and Therapy in New Zealand: Raising the Bar through Collaborative Action
Rydges Hotel, Queenstown
Saturday 9 September 2017, 8.00 am – 6.00 pm
This highly focused one-day event, featuring leading international clinicians and scientists as well as New Zealand’s top experts in melanoma treatment, clinical trials and scientific research, will identify priorities for action and inspire collaboration.
Organised by MelNet, Melanoma New Zealand and the Queenstown Research Week, this is a must attend event for health professionals and scientists with a commitment to improving outcomes for patients with melanoma in New Zealand.
A specific aim of the meeting will be to develop mechanisms to ensure effective collaboration between consumers/patients, relevant scientists, nurses, pathologists, oncologists and clinical trials clinicians. We aim to share knowledge and by the end of the day have a clear pathway for patient-focussed research projects and clinical trials in New Zealand.
