2019 QRW Registration Fee Pricing

QMB, NZ Medical Sciences Congress (MedSci – incorporating the annual meetings of the NZ Society of Endocrinology and Physiological Society of NZ) and Satellite Meetings

Early Bird Deadline: July 19th - After Early Bird Deadline all below fees will increase by $50.00.

Student Rate: The student rate applies to all current students who are enrolled in full time study for a degree course. Note - if you register in this category we may require you to provide confirmation of your status.

Reduced Post Doctorate Fellow Registration Rate: Anyone working in scientific research or education as post doctoral fellow, research fellow, technician, tutor at tertiary institution, high school teacher or registered charity organisation.

Standard Registration: Anyone working in an academic/research/clinical role at or above the level of senior research fellow or lecturer/assistant professor.

Commercial / Industry Registration: Anyone working in a commercial organisation or anyone who does not qualify for discounted registration rates.

Important Information Regarding Your Registration

Registration fees include the following:

  • Attendance to all sessions applicable for your chosen meeting block.
  • Catering as per your chosen meeting.
  • Morning tea and lunch will be served daily. Please note that dietary requirements are not individually catered for at conference morning tea or lunches.
  • Gluten Free, Vegetarian and Vegan options will be available.
  • Attendance at poster sessions/mixers as per your chosen meeting.
  • NOTE: attendance at social functions must be registered for and paid for separately.
