The Thermo Fisher Scientific™ Award, 2020 for excellence in molecular biology
Thermo Fisher Scientific™ and the Queenstown Research Week have developed this prestigious award to recognize and acknowledge the high caliber of molecular biology research in New Zealand. The total value of the award is NZ$4,000. This is made up of NZ$3,000 cash and a NZ$1,000 travel grant. The winner will be invited to present an award lecture at QMB2020. The prize and a trophy to acknowledge the achievement will be presented at the conference dinner. The deadline for receipt of applications and supporting letters is Friday 7th August, 2020.

The illumina™ Emerging Researcher Award, 2020
illumina™ and the Queenstown Research Week have developed this award to recognize and acknowledge an emerging researcher who uses molecular biology tools in New Zealand. The total value of the award is NZ$1,000. The prize to acknowledge the achievement will be presented at the conference dinner. The deadline for receipt of applications and supporting letters is Friday 7th August, 2020.
